In an outrageous, offensive and tone-deaf post, Juli Briskman, Loudoun County Supervisor has equated the removal of violent, crime committing illegal aliens to the atrocities perpetrated on law abiding Jewish citizens during Kristallnacht (1938) in Nazi Germany and the deportation of Jews from Nazi occupied countries to death camps.

Saudi private school shuts down in Herndon, shocking families

Embrace the new year and hold to a love that transcends all boundaries – A Poem

In shadows cast by absence, I began my quest,
A father’s love elusive, yet I sought the best.
My mother, strong and virtuous, her heart a guiding light,
Filled our lives with warmth and hope, through every day and night.

Like Jesus, born of Mary, a miracle so grand,
I wandered through this world, held by a greater hand.
He spoke of God as Creator, a love that knows no bounds,
In every whispered prayer, His presence can be found.

As a child, I turned to spirit, in silence sought my peace,
In moments filled with longing, my heart found sweet release.
Though trivial were my wishes, each plea met with grace,
A father’s love, though absent, filled every empty space.

From dust, the tale of Adam, a bond that’s deep and true,
No earthly father needed, just the divine in view.
In recognizing our origin, we share a sacred thread,
A spark of life within us, where love and hope are bred.

Though challenges surrounded, my mother’s love remained,
In loss, I found a blessing, a heart that’s uncontained.
The void once felt as sorrow, transformed into a song,
A spiritual connection, where I’ve always felt I belong.

Reflecting on this journey, the love I sought was here,
In every step and heartbeat, my path became so clear.
Just as Jesus drew strength from the heavens up above,
I learned to lean on faith, a boundless, endless love.

This tale of love and loss, a testament I share,
To those who feel the absence, know the divine is there.
In every heart that’s broken, in every tear that falls,
The love beyond all measure, forever gently calls.
