Fairfax County School Board Discusses Centreville High School Renovation Plans

Fairfax County School Board member Sandy Anderson has advocated for progress on the renovation and expansion of Centreville High School. The focus is on advancing an agreement that determines the total scope and capacity for the project. This step is intended to address facility requirements in the local school system.

Details of the Discussion

During the meeting, attention was given to moving forward with the agreement to meet identified needs. The process involves reviewing elements suggested last year to establish clear parameters. Board actions aim to finalize these aspects in an orderly manner.

Sandy Anderson noted the importance of obtaining specific details on the project’s scope. This includes assessments of capacity to support student enrollment and programs. The discussion reflects standard procedures for major school infrastructure initiatives.
