Loudoun County neighbors fight proposed Dominion transmission lines for Data Center Alley

As the demand to pump power to energy-thirsty data centers concentrated in Northern Virginia swells, a debate about where to put  towering high-powered transmission lines in populated areas has put one Loudoun County community on the defensive.

Students’ privacy is violated by virtue signaling

Loudoun County Public Schools Board once again placed political posturing above student privacy. According to LCPS Policy 8240, students can use locker rooms and restrooms based on their gender identity instead of biological sex.

A biologically male student, who identified as a male in a recent incident that occurred at Stone Bridge High School recorded three male students.

The school board investigated the boys for their discomfort, instead of defending their privacy.

Governor Youngkin and Attorney general Miyares announced that they would be investigating the actions of the school board.

How many times will the LCPS Board, led by Melinda Mansfield & Anne Donohue, ignore student rights before they’re held accountable? It’s time for new leadership to put the safety and privacy all students before anything else.
