The Loudoun County Human Trafficking Response Team (HART) held its inaugural community meeting on November 15, 2024. This event was open to the public and included presentations from local government agencies and partner organizations involved in human trafficking prevention and response within Loudoun County. HART is a collaborative community effort organized by the Office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney for Loudoun County as required by Va. Code § 15.2-1627.6.
