Chad is passionate about Virginia and the people. As a father, our schools and educational achievement are deeply personal. Chad will fight for student rights, Title IX representation, expanded mental health services, strong safety and security, and teacher retention. As a neighbor, Chad wants to ensure that Virginia remains an appealing place to all home and that requires applying common-sense strategies to key issues such as safety, crime prevention, effective criminal prosecution, women’s healthcare, and the ongoing fentanyl crisis.

Chad has called Virginia home the last 13 years, 5 of which have been spent in Loudoun County. He is a father of two, a son and a daughter, and has been married to his wife, Carter Ann, for 11 years.
